Leaving a legacy ensures that you can continue to support our long-term vision and help us reach more people, with more free devices, far into the future.

It’s simple to include a bequest.
All your solicitor needs is our ABN 69 632 562 291 and registered name – Free 3D Hands Ltd. Even a gift of 1% of your estate will help us grow and ensure your loved ones are still provided for.

Types of Gifts

Bequests to charities in your Will can take the following forms:

  • A gift of a specific sum of money,
  • A gift of a percentage of your overall estate, or
  • A gift of a particular asset/s (i.e., property, shares, etc.)

If you decide to leave a gift in your Will to Free 3D Hands, you are under no obligation to share this information with us. However, we would find it helpful to know your wishes as it gives us the opportunity to personally thank you, and to plan for the future. Any information you share with us will be kept strictly confidential and will be used respectfully and appropriately. Please contact us directly at info@free3dhands.org to assist.

We are honoured by your intentions to help us and we understand you have every right to change your mind about a gift in your Will at any time. Your gift will go towards where the greatest need is at the time and we welcome the opportunity to continue to share progress of our ongoing work with your estate should you wish.

1. Decide on the type of gift you would like to leave and which organisation/s you wish to support.

2. Visit your solicitor to make or update your will.

3. Let your loved ones and chosen charity/s know your intentions and discuss any questions you may have.

Donations in Lieu of Flowers

Many families now request that a donation be made to a charity close to their loved one’s heart in lieu of flowers at a funeral service.

We have been humbled by the generosity of people who have expressed a wish that a donation be made to Free 3D Hands in lieu of flowers at their service. An easy way to let people know the families wishes is by including a statement in the family press notice and online obituary page if offered. Here are some examples that may be helpful:

  • The family welcomes donations to Free 3D Hands as an expression of sympathy instead of flowers.
  • The family requests those who wish to express sympathy to consider making a donation to Free 3D Hands in [deceased person]’s name in lieu of flowers.
  • It was [deceased person’s name]’s wish that any memorial tributes be made in the form of charitable donations to Free 3D Hands.
